A new block of apartments overlooking Port St Mary
bay. The flat roof was constructed with Kingspan thermal
insulation to achieve a u-value of 0.25 w/m2k and waterproofed with
Alwitra single-ply roofing membrane.

This is roof refurbishment at Ballakermeen
High School in the Isle of Man. We used Alwitra
membrane - it is
a completely cold applied system. New falls were
added with Kingspan tapered insulation to create
new falls
on the old sagging roof.
